Ingredients


Preparation

Take a piece of foil and place 1 piece of salmon in the centre. Sprinkle some of the veg, mushrooms, onions, ginger and garlic on the salmon. Pour a little oil onto the fillet, squeeze some lemon juice and leave the lemon quarter on the fish. Season with pepper.

Fold the foil at the top making a parcel, try to leave some room in the parcel which allows the fish to steam in the juices.

Cook in the oven for approx 20 mins at 190 degrees, check after 15 mins as ovens vary.

Eat with new potatoes or mash
