Preparation

Preheat to 350?. Grease 13x9 pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except nuts and raisins. Beat 3 min at med. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into pan, bake 30-40 min. Cool. Blend frosting ingredients. Spread over cake.
