Preparation

Combine the graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar together. Blend in the honey and melted butter. When blended, spread the mixture on bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie pan.

Use a second pie pan or the bottom of a large glass to pack crumbs down firmly. Chill for at least 1 hour before filling.

NOTE: The honey helps the crust cut better.
