Ingredients


Preparation

- oven to 400

- sprinkle chicken with seasoning mix

- place ? c. of potatoes on center of each of 4 large sheets of foil

- top each with 1 breast, ? c. of cheese and 2 T. salsa

- fold up packet leaving room for heat circulation

- Place on baking sheet

- Bake 35 mins, remove and let stand 5 mins

- Top each with sour cream
