Preparation

Heat oven to 325?. Grease and flour loaf pan. In large bowl beat margarine. Add sugar and salt. Beat in Ener-G, vanilla and zests.Stir in flour. Pour into pan and bake 60-70 min.

In saucepan, simmer cranberries, 1 c. Splenda and orange juice until berries burst. Reduce heat and simmer 5 min. Add liquer. Cut cake and serve with sauce.
