Combine 3 c. flour, yeast, sugar, salt and baking soda. Heat liquids to 120-130?. Add to dry mixture; beat well. Stir in more flour by hand to make soft batter. Spoon into 2 greased and dusted with cornmeal loaf pans. Sprinkle tops with cornmeal. Let rise 45 min. Bake at 400? for 25 min. Makes 2 loaves.
