CocoLoCarb Smoothie (Low Carb)

This smoothie reminds me of my recent travel to the Bahamas. As I laid on the beach of Coco Cay, I sipped on a Coco Loco that I found inspiring.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, non-fat yogurt
  • 0.5 diet tropical fruit drink sugar free*
  • 0.5 peach frozen
  • 5 drops each LorAnn Oil Extracts (Guava Mango, Banana)**
  • 0.25 tsp coconut extract
  • 0.25 tsp stevia or to taste
  • 1 dash xanthan
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

*I used diet V-8 Splash, Tropical Blend flavor.

** Sugar free, flavored syrups can be substituted. Adjust sweetness to taste as stevia may not be needed in this case.
