Ingredients

  • 2 eggs made into thin omelette then cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 1/2 garlic head minced
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 4-6 tablespoons shrimp paste
  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper flakes depends on how spicy you want it
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 200 grams seafood mix thawed and drained (squid, shrimp, scallops and clam)
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup green chili pepper
  • 1 cup carrot diced
  • 3 cups cabbage strips 1/2 inch thick
  • 3 cups rice cold and washed

Preparation

1. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Saute onion, garlic and tomato until texture is pasty. Transfer to a bowl then add pepper flakes, shrimp paste and sweet soy sauce.

2. Heat oil on same pan over medium-high heat. Saute seafood, add carrot, cabbage and peppers, stir-fry until veggie are half-cooked.

3. Put rice and shrimp paste mixture. Stir-fry for 4 minutes. Toss eggs half-way through.

4. Enjoy. =)
