Turkey and Dried Cherry Pasta Salad

This is a flavorful recipe with simple ingredients that I discovered after Thanksgiving last year when I was trying to find new uses for left-over turkey.

I love the tangy zing of this creamy pasta salad. It''s great to use up leftover turkey after Thanksgiving, but also an excellent light lunch during the warm Summer months. You could use chicken instead of turkey if you want to. I use real mayo and NOT salad dressing in this recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. [I posted this recipe.]
