Fresh Vegetable Salad

Tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and mozzarella cheese topped with Italian dressing, sea salt, and parsley

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 tomatoes - sliced thin
  • 1 cucumber - peel removed and sliced thin
  • 1 large onion - peeled and cubed into small pieces
  • 1 fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Sea Salt
  • 1 can use bottled
  • 1 black pepper - optional

Preparation

On a large plate, arrange tomatoes followed by mozzarella cheese, and then cucumbers. Sprinkle onion over the top. Top with sea salt, Italian dressing, and some parsley. Serve immediately, or let sit in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Black pepper can be added after plating if desired. Great fresh flavor - even the next day - just cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
