Fresh Garden Chili

This fresh chili can be made to whatever your heat index is. Your friends and family will love it. You can taste the freshness

Ingredients


Preparation

Cut out stem area on tomatoes

Slice (thick) and put in large covered pot, Do not add any water

Cut up onion, put in pot

Cut up zuchini, do not put in pot until about 20 minutes before removing from burner.

Cut up peppers and add to pot

Add tomato paste

Add all spices

Add jalapeno peppers

Turn on heat to high, bring to boil then turn down to med low to simmer for 1 1/2 hours

Cook ground beef and chorizo sausage, add to pot after 1 hour of simmering

Add kidney beans with meat

Add zuchini and corn

Taste for spicy range, adjust to your needs by adding more chili powder or cayenne powder

Add flour as needed until desired thickness

cook additional 20 minutes, enjoy.

Youi don''t need to peel the tomatoes, after cooking they will be reduced down. Seeds and all, keep in the mix. [I posted this recipe.]
