Raspberry Sauce

This is a great way to use up any leftover mushed raspberries from making raspberry jam. I always mush too many so I make this very tasty sauce out of the rest. It's amazing over pancakes or waffles and can also be poured over chocolate cake.

Ingredients


Preparation

Crush the raspberries with water in a saucepan.

Add sugar and cornstarch.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.

Push through a foodmill or strainer.
