Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge chops. Heat oil in skillet, cook chops 4-5 min on each side (or until browned). Place browned chops in a baking dish.
Combine soup, broth, ginger and 1/2 cup sour cream; pour over chops. Sprinkle with half the french fried onions.
Cover and bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
Stir remaining sour cream into sauce, top with remaining onions. Return to oven uncovered for 10 min.
