Schoonmaker’s Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients


Preparation

Rub rosemary and pepper into pork. Drizzle with olive oil & marinate for 1 hour minimum.

Wrap prosciutto around pork & tie with butcher’s string (do not puncture).

Brown on stovetop (all four sides) til lightly brown (1-2 mins on each side).

Place in oven at 325° for 20-25 mins. Slice & serve.
