Season chops to taste with lowery's garlic salt,salt and pepper.In a medium bowl beat 2 eggs and milk. On a large plate break up ritz crackers ( about the size of your fingernails and smaller ). In a large skillet add vegetable oil ( enough to fry with). Dip 1 chop at a time in egg wash then onto the plate with ritz crackers coating lightly. Fry until golden brown on both sides. You can pre heat oven to 300 and place cooked chops on cookie sheet into the oven while you fry up the rest. Fry on medium heat as not to cook too fast, or your cracker coating will be done before the pork chops! I use about 2 packs of crackers per family pack of pork chops.
