Chinese Ginger Ribs

Ingredients

  • 6 pounds Spareribs

-- Ginger Sauce --

Or

-- Barbecue Rub --


Preparation

Place ribs in a pan large enough to hold them in one layer.

Combine ingredients for Ginger sauce, pour over ribs, cover and refirigerate overnight turning once or twice.

Extra sauce can be used for basting during cooking.

Combine ingredients for Barbecue Rub and pat over ribs.

Grill for 30-45 minutes. Baste frequently and be careful not to let the sauce burn. It is easier to bake them in the oven at 350 degrees and the flavor is still wonderful.
