Ingredients


Preparation

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Layer beans, monterey jack cheese, and tortillas in a large pyrex pan.

Finish with tortillas on top so they get crunchy =)

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Top with lettuce and sour cream if you want.
