Roast cashews and curry powder
Grind with garlic, ginger, vinegar, tomato puree, half yogurt
Marinade with rest of yogurt 2 hrs - 24 hrs
Melt butter, gently fry onion, cinnamon and cardamon.
Add chicken and cook for 10 mins
Add chilli, tomatoes, stock, bring to boil then simmer for 45 mins
Add cream and garnish
