Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Yeast
- 1 cup water warm
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 cup Flour plus extra
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast into the warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add salt, oil and 1 cup of flour.
Add in 1 more cup of flour and up to 1/3 cup more until the dough is smooth enough to roll out.
Add toppings and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
