Chocolate Cupcake Frosting

Great with the Babycakes cupcakes. A fabulous vegan, refined sugar free frosting!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup Soy milk
  • 1/2 cup Dry soy milk powder
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon Flour can use GF flour
  • 1/4 cup Agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice

Preparation

Using a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients through the vanilla. Blend for 2 minutes. Slowly add the oil and lemon juice, alternating. Refrigerate until ready to use. Will firm up as it chills.
