Ingredients


Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl mix the potatoes, bacon, 6 oz. of the cheese, onion, and sour cream together until well blended. Season as needed with salt and pepper. Scoop mixture into a medium casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
