Preparation
Cut semi frozen baco into small pieces using scissors
Fry until crispy
Remove using slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain excess grease
Cook onion in bacon grease until tender
Add flour and cook for one more minute
Place cheese in stock pot on low heat
Slowly pour in Chicken Broth,Milk and remaining ingredients
Add bacon once cheese is melted
Simmer on low or put in slow cooker to keep warm
Serve with large crouts,crusty bread or for even more fun try a bread bowl.
Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper
