Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilogram flour 3 1/2 cups or 4 1/4
  • 250 grams Sugar 1c+1T or 1 1/4 c
  • 1 pinch Salt 1T or pinch
  • 5 Eggs
  • 10 centiliters Water 1/4c or 1T
  • 100 grams Butter melted
  • 1 liter Milk

Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, salt, eggs and water together with the dough hook of electric mixer. Add butter and mix again.

Change to mixing blades and add milk, mixing well again.
