Ingredients
- 1 pound hot breakfast sausage
- 1 cup Colby and Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1 Chopped black olives; 4 oz.
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Frozen fillo tart shell; 4 pkg.
Preparation
Brown sausage and drain grease (remove all grease from pan and rinse sausage with hot water). Return sausage to pan, add cheese, olives, pepper and salad dressing. Cook until cheese melts and mix well on medium heat. Fill tart shells with sausage and cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for approximately 10-15 minutes until slightly brown.
