when cooled open the eggs cut them and mix the mayonaise, the onion, the red and green peppers and the potato making a deliciuos colorful salad!
Add the apples if you like, cover and leave in the fridge until ready to serve.
In a large skillet sauté the garlic and cilantro in the butter and oil for 2 to 3 minutes, Don't let the garlic turn brown!!!
Add the shrimp, turning the heat a little bit med to high and cook for 5 minutes, add the flour to thicken the buttery sauce,
Squeeze the 1/2 lemon and cook for just 1 more minute.
Remove from heat and serve immediately
