Spaghetti Alla Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce Spaghetti
  • 3 ounce Panchetta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 each Egg yolk
  • 3/4 ounce Romano Cheese grated
  • 1/3 ounce Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt & pepper

Preparation

1. Beat egg yolks, cream and cheese.

2. Cut panchetta into small pieces and brown in a pan with butter.

3. Cook spaghetti

4. Drain spaghetti and combine with panchetta, pour egg mixture in and mix. Serve w/Salt & Pepper
