1 package of beef liver

Ingredients


Preparation

Add enough oil to pan so that liver dosent stick. Add liver and lightly salt and pepper. When the first side is done turn over and cook the other side. Cut onions and add to the liver and oil mix. Add more oil if needed. Put lid on and let cook for 5 to 10 min. Stir often to prevent burning. When done remove liver to plate. Drain onions if needed.
