Bellinis, Frozen (Boom)

This is based on the frozen bellinis sold at the original Carrabba's on Kirby in Houston. The waiter gave us the approximate recipe and we experimented. It is very close!

Ingredients

1 can sliced peaches (28-30 oz)
1 bottle champagne
1 14-16 oz Peach Schnapps
8 oz Vodka

Preparation

Drain peaches then puree in blender. Combine all other ingredients. Freeze. Finally, blend to desired consistency.
