can use bag of frozen mixed veggies instead of individual cups of veggies

Ingredients


Preparation

Preheat oven to 350

1. Microwave veggies in minimal water til tender do not drain. about 6-8 minutes

2. Mix veggies, soup, broth, seasonings and meat in bowl.

3. Pour into 1 qt casserole dish, cover with pie crust pressing down to contents and trimming crust to fit dish.

Cut 2 or three slashes in top of crust.

4 Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
