Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground round ground chuck eather one
- 1 mixed vegies 1 bag
- 1 can of sliced water chestnuts
- 1 ketsup
- 1 can of cream of cerley soup
- 1 box of green giant wild rice and green beans
- 1 bag of simply shreds potatoes
- 1 chedder cheese
- 1 black pepper
- 1 oregano yes i said oregano trust me
Preparation
in a pan fry your ground meat season with just black pepper,oregano just sprinkle over .
when ground meat is done .add your ingredients:1can of cream of cerley .
add half of bottle of ketsup mix together in fry pan let simmer then you can add mixed vegies i use peas,carrots,corn.you can pre boil vegies if you want to.
add the contents of the box of green giant wild rice and green beans to the pan .
add 1 can of sliced water chestnuts to pan let simmer
in a deep glass cake pan pour your ingredients into it then spread out contents
top hot dish off with 1bag of simply shreads potatoes hash browns .
add 1 bag of shreaded chedder cheese or you can shread your own to.
then bake in the oven till hash brown potatoes and cheese are nice and brown or just turning . let stand after takeing out of oven 5min then eat.
