Ingredients
- 1/3 cup milk + 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 large clove garlic minced
- 3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless breast halves cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips
- 30 saltines, crushed (about 1 cup)
- 1 -1/2 tsp paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons parmesan
Preparation
Stir milk, vinegar, garlic, and pepper sauce together in a large Ziploc baggie. Add chicken and refrigerate 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 450.
Prepare coating - crumbs, paprika, salt, and 1 tsp parmesan.
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray.
Drain chicken, toss in crumbs to coat.
Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake 8-10 minutes
