Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising flour (NOT all-purpose)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 12-oz beer
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Spray loaf pan with oil.

Beat together the flour, sugar, and beer. Beat until dough is smooth.

Spread dough in pan and bake 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, pull the pan from the oven and quickly drizzle on the butter.

Return to oven and bake another 20 minutes.
