Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 5 egg whites up to 6
- 1/3 cup vedetable oil
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 350
1. In a large mixing bowl add egg whites, buttermilk, oil, and top with the cake mix.
2. Beat on low just until combined. Scrapes sides.
3. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes. Scrape sides.
4. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and enjoy!
