Double Corn Jalapeno Bread

This bread is a nice compliment alongside a mexican meal.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2/3 cup Frozen whole kernel corn thawed
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon Jalapeno chili chopped
  • 3 1/4 cups Bread flour
  • 1/3 cup Cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon Quick active dry yeast

Preparation

Measure carefully and add ingredients in order listted to bread machine pan. Select the basic/ white cycle and the medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycles with this recipe. When machine beeps, remove bread from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
