Chick-Pea Salad Ingredients
2 cn Each 19 ounce,
chick peas
3 tb Freshly squeezed
lemon
juice
1 Sweet
red pepper
, julienne
2 cl
Garlic
, minced
1 Green
pepper
, julienne
Dash of hot
pepper
sauce
2 Green
onion
s, diagonally
1/4 ts
Chili powder
DRESSING:
Generous pinches of
salt
and
1/2 c
Vegetable oil
Instructions for Chick-Pea Salad
Drain and rinse chick-peas. Combine with red and green peppers and green onions in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients.
