In a large bowl, stir together cake mix, flour, yeast, salt and water. Cover bowl and let rise in warm place for 1 hour.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and divide in half. Roll one portion into a 12 x 18 inch rectangle. Brush with half of butter; sprinkle with half of sugar mixture, half of raisins, & 1/4 cup of pecans.
Roll up starting at long edge, cut crosswise into 12 (1 inch thick) slices. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Repeat with remaining rectangle of dough. Cover and chill for 8 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and let stand 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 deg F and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden; cool slightly.
Stir together confectioners sugar, milk, and vanilla; drizzle over rolls. Sprinkle with remaining pecans.
