Ingredients
- 3 pounds Ricotta as required
- 8 ea Eggs as required
- 1 1/2 cups Cane Sugar as required
- 1 ea Orange peeled
- 1 bunch Almonds as required
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla as required
- 1 cup galliano wine as required
- 3/4 cup Amaretto as required
- 1/7 cup grandmarnier as required
Preparation
Fold all ingredients into creamed ricotta.
Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 375 degrees
in greased pan (deep) or a cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with almonds.
