Super easy, fast and tasty. Adapted from Better Homes and Gardens recipe posted on Shine.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the egg, 1/2 of the pasta sauce, bread crumbs, and salt/pepper. Add the beef and 1/2 of the cheese, mix well. Divide into four equal portions, shape into loaves. Place on a baking dish and cover with remaining sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until internal temperature is 160 degrees.

Ingredients can easily be added to personalize the dish (onions, basil, etc.) and it works well with other ground meat, such as lamb. As written, it is really fast and simple, and tastes good! [I posted this recipe.]
