1. Break up chocolate into small chunks and melt until liquid. Add a little sugar if needed.
2. Beat egg whites until fluffy and light.
3. Slowly add chocolate to the mixture of egg whites.
4. Scoop into bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
5. Put in refrigerator for at least 12 to 16 hours or until looks like gelatin
6. Serve in chilled bowls(optional).
