Italian Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground round or Healthy Choice Extra Lean Ground B
  • 1 cup yellow onion diced
  • 1 cup carrots chopped (Canned is best)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cans (14 ½ oz) “Italian flavored” tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 5 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil
  • 1 cup frozen French style green beans
  • 1/2 cup small macaroni

Preparation

Brown beef in a large soup pot, drain. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low all day.
