Vickis Noodles and Mushrooms Ingredients
1 lg
Onion
; diced
1 pk (5-oz) noodles; cooked as
1 Green
pepper
; diced
1 cn (3-oz)
olive
s; chopped
1/2 c Oil
1 cn (4-oz)
mushroom
s; drained
1/2 c Creamed
corn
Grate
d cheese
1 c
Tomato
soup
Instructions for Vickis Noodles and Mushrooms
Saute onion and pepper in oil until clear. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, and pour into casserole. Chill. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Note: Browned ground beef may be added before baking. MRS HARRY WOOD (TOOBY) GREERS FERRY, AR From the book
