Vegetarian Medley Ingredients

2 Green peppers Parmesan cheese
1 Red pepper 1 sm Jar tomato sauce and spices
1 lg Onion Any kind of noodle or rice
2 sm Zucchini About 1 c. water
Olive oil

Instructions for Vegetarian Medley

Slice vegetables and saute in olive oil for few minutes (5 no more than 10). Add tomato sauce and some water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Parmesan. Serve over pasta and noodles.
