Vanilla-Coffee Liqueur Ingredients

1 1/2 c Brown sugar; packed	1/2 c Instant coffee powder
1 c Granulated sugar	3 c Vodka
2 c Water	1/2 Vanilla bean; split (or 2

Instructions for Vanilla-Coffee Liqueur
