Ingredients
- 1 Carton; (8 ounces) plain
- 1 c Apple Sauce; *see note
- 1 tb Honey
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 6 Cold drink cups; (3-oz.)
- 6 Wooden sticks
Preparation
In medium bowl, combine yogurt, apple sauce, honey and cinnamon; blend well. Fill each cup with about 1/3 cup yogurt mixture. Place cups in freezer until partially frozen, about 1 hour. Insert sticks; freeze until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, remove drink cups. Notes: Pantry: Motts Natural or Cinnamon Apple Sauce.
