Apple Spice High Rise Muffins (Low Fat) Ingredients

3 c Flour 4 Egg whites
2 ts Baking powder 1 c Plain yoghurt
1 ts Baking soda 1/3 c Oil
1 ts Cinnamon OR 1/3 cup applesauce
1/4 ts Nutmeg 3 Apples, peeled and finely
1/4 ts Allspice Chopped
1/2 ts Salt 2 g Fat
1 1/2 c Brown sugar 311 Cal.

Instructions for Apple Spice High Rise Muffins (Low Fat)

Preheat over 400?F. Grease 12 muffin cups. Using a fork stir flour with baking powder, baking soda, spices, salt and sugar in large mixing bowl. In another bowl whisk eggs with yoghurt and oil. Stir in apples and nuts. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Cups will be very full with batter heaped in middle. Bake 15-17 minutes. Leave in pan 5 minutes and then turn out.
