Recipe by: Merle Gutkin (my sister in London) (Preheat oven to 325 deg. F.) 1. Beat eggs, sugar & oil. 2. Add baking soda, flour, salt. 3. Stir in pre-soaked raisins and apples. (soak raisins in boiling water or liquer of your choice for about 1/2 hour, then drain.) 4. Pour into greased, shallow pan, bake at 325 deg. F. 45 minutes - 1 hour.
