Apple Pudding with Sauce Ingredients

1/4 c Butter 1/4 c Nuts; chopped
3/4 c Sugar SAUCE
1 Egg 1/4 c Margarine
2 c Grated raw apples 1/4 c Sugar
1 c Flour 1/4 c Evaporated milk; or evap.
1 ts Baking soda 1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon

Instructions for Apple Pudding with Sauce

Cream together: butter and sugar. Add egg, apple, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nuts. Put in greased 8x8" baking pan. Can use mold or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes. Add 20 minutes for mold or Bundt pan. Pudding should be firm in the center. Serve with warm butter sauce. Sauce: Heat together margarine, white and brown sugar and evaprated milk.
