2 tb Butter/margarine	2/3 c Cornmeal
1/4 c Diced onion	2 1/2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Brown/white sugar	1 1/2 ts Yeast
1/3 ts Salt	Flour equivalent: 3 + cups
1/4 ts Black pepper - coarse	LARGE LOAF
2/3 ts Dry sage	1 1/3 c Water
2/3 ts Celery seeds	2 sm Eggs
1/2 ts Poultry seasoning	4 tb Butter/margarine
1/2 c Cornmeal	1/2 c Diced onion
1 2/3 c Bread flour	1 tb Brown/white sugar
1 ts Yeast	2/3 ts Salt
Flour equivalent: 2 + cups	1/2 ts Black pepper - coarse
MEDIUM LOAF	1 1/3 ts Dry sage
1 c Water	1 1/3 ts Celery seeds
1 lg Egg	1 ts Poultry seasoning
3 tb Butter/margarine	1 c Cornmeal
1/3 c Diced onion	3 1/3 c Bread flour
2 1/4 ts Brown/white sugar	2 ts Yeast
1/2 ts Salt	Flour equivalent: 4 1/3 cups
1/3 ts Black pepper - coarse
