Baked Lemon Pudding (Diabetic) Ingredients

3 Eggs; separated 2 tb Low fat butter
1/4 ts Salt 5 tb Flour
1 tb Liquid sweetener 1 1/2 c Skim milk
1/3 c Lemon juice

Instructions for Baked Lemon Pudding (Diabetic)

Combine egg whites, salt and sweetener. Beat well until peaks form. Combine yolks with remaning ingredients. Fold egg yolks into whites. Pour into quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
