Tuna and Pasta Salad Ingredients
SALAD
DRESSING
12 oz
Tuna
in water, drained and
1 c Fat-free
mayonnaise
2 1/2 c Rotini
pasta
, uncooked
3 tb
Lemon
juice, bottled
1 c Frozen green peas, thawed
1/2 ts
Thyme
1 c
Celery
, sliced
1/8 ts
Salt
1/2 c
Bell pepper
s, chopped
1/8 ts Black
pepper
1/2 c
Onion
s, chopped
Instructions for Tuna and Pasta Salad
Cook rotini according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain. To prepare salad, combine tuna, rotini, peas, celery, bell peppers, and onions in a mixing bowl. Mix well. To prepare dressing, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Gently stir mixture into salad. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Per serving: 197 Calories; 1g Fat (4% calories from fat); 16g Protein; 31g Carbohydrate; 13mg Cholesterol; 599mg Sodium Recipe by: Land O Lakes Collector Series, Pasta!
